"Constellation had better make its website user-friendly. I called regarding a previous balance due. My CC information had changed, and the first business I contacted was Constellation in order to update, because payment was due very soon. And all was in order. Except my profile did not communicate with your payment program. Or so it seems. The new info was recorded, the old was deleted. The payment should have gone through without a hitch (as it did with every other company I pay with visa)."

"I went to a monthly rate after my contract expired. You gouged me ONCE! I shopped around for a good rate and called you to see what rate I could get to sign back on. You didn't come close to the rate I got with another company. I told the rep and he put me on hold to see what he could do. No go. So I left your company for another"

"One issue I did not receive a bill; I called and was told a bill was not generated but it would take about ten days. I asked should I wait or what to do. I was told to pay the usual amount or just wait. I knew usually the due date near. I waited . When I did get the bill it was due within five days, but twice the amount I normally pay (a day before Christmas). Before the twenty-fourth of December in which it was due I got another bill, and this time a late fee of ten dollars was added. A late fee before the assigned due date. I am uncertain about your billing procedure."
