"Phones rang over 300 times and were still not answered. The first rep. could not speak any English. The website name is easily led to a FAKE site. The name needs to be changed. After 2 hours of nothing being resolved, I waited until the early hours next day, went online being careful to insert the extra DOT, and my issue was handled pretty well. The next day I received a phone call saying the process was Not Completed. I had to go online with the rep to complete and EXTRA step in the process. I love the company, but connecting with them is quite difficult, and in this case, impossible. I just wanted to change my Bank Name and account number."
