"online person disconnected me before I found out my expiration and I had to go thru my account no and name before I found out my expiration date, but confused me about $150.00 cancellation fee to go with the price on the brochure that I received in mail. then he corrected the note about not charging me the $150.00 because I was not changing the supplier for my electric bill. so I decided to stay at the present rate until 2-13-2021."

"I was in the process of selling my house so when I found out the closing date I called constellation to notify them the termination date to find out that the buyer of my house already set the termination date. I closed on the house on 1/30/20 but the buyer told constellation the termination date is on 2/1. I called to change the date but the rep said it cannot change. This is not fair. You better not bill me for a day because I don’t own the house anymore on 1/31."

"Constellation takes customer service to a whole new level, but that’s not good. If you don’t mind resetting your password every few months because Constellation’s website forgot it, then it isn’t so bad. But if that bothers you and you want help with it, you are wasting your time. I hope you post this, but I know you won’t."
