"Online payment to Constellation has proved to be disastrous with my new bank AmerisBank. Both Constellation and AmersBank say it's not their fault my payments can't be made electronically instead of a paper check. My checks are sent 7 days prior to due date but not reaching your payment center until 18 days later! Late fees, no clear explanation, calls, emails are proving to be a horrible experience. Not a single person in GEORGIA has called or emailed a clear answer why this continues to happen with my payments."
