"I ended up getting a good rate that was $.01 cents cheaper than what was posted on the internet. So all rates should be transparent. Also the agent kept saying the system won't allow her to give me a better rate to match or beat the competition which I don't think is correct because any system can over-ridden to give a better rate. In general, I love the customer service."
