"It was hard to understand what she was saying as English is not her first language. And she never gave me a good reason as to why the Customer Charges are $7.95 instead of $5.99. I was told when I sighned on with Constellation that if you agreed to a 2 yr. contract the fee would be $5.99 and I am being charged $7.95. Can someone tell me why I am having to pay the larger amt. each month and have a 2yr. contract with the company? She couldn't."
