"Easy sign up, transition and billing. Website is not in sync with signup. For instance I could not set up auto pay until the service was active a month later. Should ben able to set up initially."

"I've been a customer for 6+ years, and always had a fixed rate, yet this time, I was going to be renewed at a variable rate rate. Why? Makes no sense to me.. You just wanted a 2 year commitment. I almost did nothing, like was suggested, as I always had a fixed rate. That was not right for you to change it, and was totally unnecessary. Doing things like that is what gives a company a bad reputation. Think about it!"
