I think Atlanta needs their own line and the line needs to be more reliable. I was sitting in the same spot while making the phones calls. And we live next door to a cell tower. But three of my calls were dropped while using your line. I only experienced this problem with your company. It's a little frustrating to know after all the calls, the name on the account is misspelled and another phone will have to be made."

"They was ok when I switch to them from CPL. But since I recently moved to new apt. The experience went down bad. I honestly want to switch to another provider. Because getting hold of a customer rep when I call is frustrated and so long. Drives me bonkers. There should be a code the customer gives to get faster access to their account instead of constantly going over the acct identity, especially if they have strong accent. Now that in itself is Annoying. My issue never got solved. I'm setting in my new apt with no electric for 3 days now. I have 3 kids n had to move my food to our friends house. Now we r wasting gas going back n forth to eat n or charge our phones so we can use as alarm to wake up for work or school. Just very inconvenient. N the emailing refer# each time I email something it's a different reference # each time so it's confusing n not all goes thru like for instance I had to send my lease in n its 8 pages n wouldn't fit on 1 email,so i had to split 3 pages each."
