While your representatives were most helpful and polite in trying to explain your services, I could not afford the increase in my monthly bills. That is why I had to leave your services and return solely to ComEd, as before. (I doubt my comments will be shared and posted as an online review.)"

The second rep was very helpful although my explanation of the problem confused her at first. She was able to ascertain what the issue was and provide me with helpful information that I can now use when reviewing my monthly bill."

"I received a letter in the mail stating a fixed rate price. The letter stated that I didn't have to do anything to get this rate and it would go into effect when my existing contract expired. I didn't appreciate the fact that it gave me a date to notify Constellation or this new rate would automatically go into effect. The letter should have also have stated that if I called I might be able to get a lower rate than the one in the letter. Luckily I did call and got a substantially lower rate than was offered in the letter. Constellation made it seem like the rate offered in the letter was a good deal when it wasn't."

"I had to call no less than 8 times to try to pay my bill. Then I tried to go online to pay but my account number does not appear when I log in and I was bot able to enter the new account number. Very frustrating!"
"negative it took two calls to end my contract with you I complied with the rule of keeping your service until my contract date expired the next day I get an email telling me I’m gonna be charge $150 for early termination it took a second call to correct that issue the issue was correct it was the second call but just overall I had a negative experience"
