"I am upset that I was double charged because of a system error on the part of Constellation. I believe that is a poor way to handle company error. I paid the November bill that was sent to me in full. There was absolutely no communication letting the customer know of the error so the December bill with the double AGL charge was a surprise. I will be more satisfied once I receive my credit back, seeing as this is right after Christmas. Glad all of my utility companies didn't decide to do this to me too."
