"Since May I’ve called a few times about a $50 gift card a salesman promised me. All times I was told a manager would contact me and they did not. While waiting on receipt of the gift card, my $100 gift card expired. I called Monday to inquire about it and was told since I’m not a customer anymore nothing can be done; although I was still a customer during the previous calls. The representative was rude and didn’t show concern about my situation and I feel Constellation as a company could careless since I never spoke to a manager. I will never utilize you all for service nor recommend you to others. I am out of $150 in gift cards. This makes the 2nd time in 2 years constellation has messed me over and provided terrible service."

She answered all my questions carefully and to which I easily understood. In addition she had such a sweet and understated voice. It was a pleasure. "This call was fine and resolved the issue. However, my previous call is what caused the issue. The rep on the initial call did not do the transaction correctly. We were canceling and returning to BGE at the END of the contract on 01/05. But the original rep canceled us as an in service or in contract cancellation and this was going to result in a $150.00 penalty. Good thing I called again. This rep said she'd waive the fee and that BGE was properly notified. THe orignal rep needs to be talked too. And also no where have we ever been warned (at least not clearly) that there would have been a $150.00 fee if we did cancel mid service. But anyway, I think it is all resolved now."

"I’m an existing customer. My contract was up and I was researching pricing. The price I received in the end-of-contract letter from Constellation was different than what I found on line in the price comparisons. It seemed what you would offer an existing customer was not as good as what you would offer a new customer. The rep I spoke to outlined all my options and came up with a plan that kept me as a customer."
"I got too much of a run around before I could get an agent to contact Energy One to get my gift card. Energy One was closed for a week or two because of the holidays and they could not be reached. The issue is still pending."
