"Constellation is the most money hungry company I have ever had the pleasure of using. I will never use your service again and neither will any of my friends or family. I was having a baby and this caused me to go out of contract for 1 billing cycle and you charged me 6x my normal rate. Absolutely crazy. Then to try and resolve it I could get the great incentive of knocking off $250 of the bill if I signed a contract for another 2 years at a rate that would cost me an extra $100 per month. Wow what a savings. Trying to pray on loyal customers is very sad."
