I was assured that when it was sold there would be no penalty, but I got an email saying there would be a penalty charge. Until I know for certain that this will not recur, I do not feel the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Written/email confirmation would have been better than a case number (although I recorded that). I don't trust that this is over yet."
