"Calling in order went fine. Using website was a disaster. A pic of woman kept popping up in middle of what I was trying to see. It had "x" to remove it, but it just popped up another screen for you to write a message. Happened over and over. I almost gave up since I could not read info due to that pop up screen. It was problem on my phone as well as on desktop. Needs to be fixed. It was great to find item I needed in stock. Now if it just arrives in time as indicated, all will be ok. "
"The prices are great, but the systems are terrible. Customer service does pick up the phone, but there is nothing proactive and they really can't offer any help. First, there is no notification about items shipping until 3-4 weeks later (you get random emails that you items have shipped, but for items you've already received?). I was told after calling the first time about the status that there was a problem with the email system - which doesn't make. I eventually received most items except for a Hansgrohe tub filler. I called after 4 weeks and was told the back order was actually 90-days!!! I already have the rough valve installed in the floor and the only other items available were $2-3K more expensive. They basically shrugged their shoulders and I still haven't received a refund for it or a couple items returned that they already received. They also bill you before items even ship. I don't know how this company is still in business. Wish I would have read reviews before buying. If you want to know when you can expect items or if you're on a timeline, you better look at another option."
"Recd vanity abt 3 wks ago and put in un garage. Now ready for install and notice a large crack in granite, 2-3" from left corner. I ran my hand over it and a small lentil size chip came out. The packaging seemed more than sufficient which leaves me to believe faulty inspection before shipping.
