"I am happy with the price, items, and delivery but there was a serious lack of communication. My order email claimed that I would be notified when my items shipped. I was not and had to call to find out the items had been shipped. Then the items arrived and half the order was missing with "zero back orders" indicated on the invoice. Again, I had to call to find out that the missing items were on back order. I was sent an email when the back-ordered items were shipped (about a week later) but the tracking number was for the first part of the order! Anyway, the items arrived and my order was complete."

"Ordered 2 tubs, trim kits, and other items. 2nd tub's box was cut open and many of the items from the order were thrown in the tub. Unfortunately, there must have a nationwide shortage of tape to re-tape the box closed which allowed an incredible amount of dirt to accumulate in the tub and on the boxes of the assorted parts as it made it's way from Colorado. The shipment was delayed when the trucking company mixed up dates and did not put it on the truck for delivery the scheduled day. The items spent an additional 5 days in the warehouse collecting the dirtiest dirt Florida has to offer. Having to empty the 5 gallon shop-vac while vacuuming should give eFaucets pause from cutting any box open in order to put the smaller items inside. Very Annoying to have to vacuum dirt out of a brand new product. Perhaps the delivery company decided to combine the boxes but I think eFaucets should improve their standards and advise their shippers that doing this is unacceptable.
And I still need to return a drain cover plate and have been waiting on a return authorization email that they say takes 3-5 days to be sent out. You are an online ordering company. 3-5 days to send out an email is a little ridiculous......"

"I spoke for long time and was not informed that eFaucets did sell the item for which I needed to replace the drain assembly. I ended up paying for shipping which would not have been charged had I made the order I should have (and would have had I known) that would have been for around $200 instead of $35. Very disappointing because I paid a total of around $240 with those two separate purchases. I called eFaucets back within less than five minutes but was told that the order was already being shipped which was apparently false because the next day now there is still no shipping confirmation. EFaucets is sneaky and deceptive apparently so be careful and thorough when you order from them..."
