"I had a problem with a very hard-to-find item. No one had it. Fortunately, eFaucets had the item. I was with customer service to order the part. I told them that I needed the part as soon as possible because the old part failed and was leaking a large amount of water. They told me that they'll take care of it and overnight it to me. How awesome is that!!?? I would've preferred going to a store and buying it so that I could make the repairs sooner, but in my case, this is the best I could hope for. "Ordered a sink and faucet and the faucet shipped immediately and after two weeks when no sink showed up, I received an email that it would be another 2 months until shipment of my sink. As I was in the middle of a remodel, I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who assisted me in picking out another sink that was in stock that would ship right away. 5 days later I called for tracking and the gentleman I spoke to regretted to inform me that it had not shipped. I had to purchase one locally as my bathroom was now completed. I am still awaiting a cancellation and refund on my purchase that never shipped. They were very helpful and accommodating on the phone but need to work on their ability to take orders and have them shipped in an expeditious fashion. Love the faucet however."

"I attempted to order faucets online using my AmEx card, but the order was rejected. When I called the eFaucets number for assistance, Tim (in Wisconsin) was extremely helpful and friendly. AmEx had rejected the order because I have never used the card for this type of purchase before. Tim stayed on hold while I contacted AmEx to confirm that I was indeed the purchaser. He also gave me information about my purchases, and volunteered the information that eFaucets would be happy to receive another phone call if I have any problems installing the faucets. The merchandise is high-quality and wide-ranging. The next time I or a friend need kitchen or bath fixtures, we will skip the contractor's limited selection and ridiculous prices--and use eFaucets instead. "
