"I purchased a $3500 fireplace, it was delivered on a pallet wrapped in plastic. They would only leave it at the base of my driveway 150 feet away it was 38° and raining. I unpacked all the boxes and when I got to the fireplace I remove the top front back and sides and left the base because it was wet and I wanted some projection when I moved it. I brought it inside and the next day when I went to install it I noticed a dent on the bottom that was caused by the power jack or forklift. The company said there’s nothing we can do and offered me a discount code to buy a new one. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Beware and make sure you unpack every item 100% at the end of your driveway before you sign for the delivery. "
