However, when asked when it would arrive so I could tell my customer, the lady on the phone informed me that she had no idea, not even an educated guess!! That to me is very unprofessional especially when customers who are dealers need to know so their clients can stay informed!! I basically had to wait and hope it showed up sooner rather than later!
