"I ordered the fireplace and parts on Friday at noon. They delivered to my doorstep on Wednesday. I live in Columbus and have a supplier of this manufacture fireplace locally. The Local people had a 3-week lead time and still were unsure when it may arrive.
I will use eFireplaceStore again. They also keep you posted on your shipment. How refreshing a Company did what they said they would do and at a very easy and fast transition. I asked a Brett if what is the true shipping timeline? He doubted not more than a week since shipping is out of their control. I wish all my Suppliers were like this Company. Being a contractor time matters for jobs.
