"I did a self-install, but ran into an issue with needing a 4' classA pipe, which I found on the eFireplaceStore site. I sent an email inquiry specifying my problem and the advice led me to purchase the perfect (and compatible) pipe to finish the chimney (I did not want to use a 3' and 1' length on an angle and could not find a single 4' length to finish the job). Whoever responded to my email inquiry at the eFireplaceStore was incrediby helpful - the piece came perfect condition and fit exactly. We love our stove."
"I would never refer efireplace store to anyone. The return policy is terrible. 25% restock fee, $35 shipping and handling and then pay for your own individual post office return fees. Three charges to return an item is asking for too much from a customer. I not help grow your business!!!"
