"Price and delivery was excellent. The log set looks and works great. We have an old Heatilator wood burning fireplace that can't be used any longer. This was the most cost effective way to still have the look of a fire in our family room. The screen does give a bit of reflection, but with the glass doors closed it isn't noticeable. Note, doors should be open when using the heater. We have baseboard heat in the room, so don't really need the heater on the log set, but works well to take the chill off in the morning. The remote isn't great and buttons don't work unless you press down firmly and point directly at the log set. The flames are the best feature, very realistic and mesmerizing."
