"I purchased 4" @35' length chimney liner. On the website it say in stock and ship within 7 to 10 business days. When you made your payment, two days later you will received an email saying backorder. Now they have your money and you have to wait for 20 to 25 days before they ship. This what company does who are desperate to collect customers money. They should not be able to charge your credit card until they ship. This is not a fair business practice and need to be looked into."

When I called I spoke to John to ask my questions he was very thorough in the details and telling me which type would work best for me. When I called back to actually place my order the young lady was just as professional and friendly. In order to expediate service, I chose to order a new assembly to have on hand when the local tech arrived. Fortunately, the tech was able to fix without new parts.
