"I have to say after previously purchasing 3 other fireplaces that I was happy with, I ordered until this one. The one pictured showed a flat profile face. When mine arrived it had full on louvers across the whole front. I wanted to return it because it was not as pictured and was told that they would deduct a fee of $250.00 plus I would have to pay for shipping. Basically the same cost as just eating the $600.00 I paid for unit. Also beware the interior panels do not come with them either. Very disappointed, I thought they were better than this. "

"I ordered the one option for my fireplace that I did not get when I first got it - the LED light kit. It arrived before expected, was packed very carefully and it looks great! Very happy with the purchase. My only suggestion is that the “LED-Linear” clearly fits my Cosmo36, but was not listed on the website as being compatible. Perhaps it could be added to the list?"

"Came close to canceling order due to FedEx unprofessional dispatching, tried giving an 8 hr delivery window for either Thursday or Friday couldn’t say which it would be. And tried telling me I had not requested and paid for lift gate delivery! Efireplacestore got involved set FedEx straight arraigned delivery within the 4 hr window and with lift gate as discribed on their site. Then followed up and thru to ensure all was delivered as scheduled. Product looks great but time will tell the full story, after all it’s early September Indian summer so no need to fire up the wood stove yet."
