"Upon reviewing the e-Fireplace website, my installer and I thought it would be a good idea to talk to one of your experts. Nevins Parkenson answered the call and in more ways than one. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Nevins knew the answers to all our questions regarding a particular propane heaters installation, wall penetration, required BTUs and on it goes. We were on the phone for nearly one hour. Remarkable.

Next, I get an email from Kathy O, with notice that our order has shipped. I responded that I'd like the delivery driver to call me so I could meet him/her as our "off-the-grid" home is inacceptable to large trucks and I would meet them at a more convenient location to take delivery. Guess what? The driver, Ben with FedEx Freight called me yesterday notifying he would be making the delivery this coming Tuesday.

In the era of on-line shopping, it's really nice to be able to talk to someone who takes responsibility.
