"I was happy with an initial order of a Foxconn NT330i nettop from Superbiiz so I ordered a second one. The second one came DOA so I went through the RMA process and paid for shipping back. After 1 week of testing by Superbiiz to find out the machine is dead, they still will need to send back to manufacturer (China?) for more testing before I can get a replacement. Check back in 5-7 more business days! They will not send a replacement machine from the pool they have on stock. 1 month after an initial order and 2 1/2 weeks after the RMA, still no replacement. Just an fyi for those that plan to order from them.

For the record, the return department did confirm it was received by eWiz as defective via phone as stated above. I received a working unit so that's important.

"I ordered a Samsung TL240 for my wife for her birthday. A package arrived today while I was at work and my wife opened it on my wish that she get to play with her new camera. She wasn't very happy with it telling me that it had locked up several times and she had to remove the battery, and when I got home, I found that instead of the Samsung TL240 which is a $250 camera, this vendor had sent me a very cheap SL420 instead! After reading their return policy I am worried that I may not be able to get it refunded properly since my wife opened it. I have emailed their customer support and I will repost when I find out more. Right now she doesn't have a birthday present and I am very upset.

They ended up sending me the correct item, although they didn't send it to me until they had received the wrong one back. Overall I am happy with the outcome."
