"I ordered a memory card from them, which showed as processing for 6 days. I called them and was told they'd call me back in "5 minutes". Of course, they never called, so I called and spoke to a manager who told me it shipped direct from their supplier using USPS. It was supposed to be shipped Fed Ex, but I really didn't have a problem. Of course, the memory card is now lost in the mail, USPS has no idea where it is, and it's been 9 days and it's moved from Palo Alto, to San Jose; a total of a whopping 45 miles. Customer Service very poor. I ordered an item on Saturday and by chance found another site that offered the identical item with free shipping. I tried to use the cancel button to cancel my order but it did not work. I left 3 voice messages and a couple emails stating if they could not match the item price on the other site to please cancel my order. I received a reply email Tuesday stating it was too late item was shipped. I kept calling finally got through to an actual person instead of voice mail Wednesday, they said there is nothing they could do the item was already shipped. They said they are closed on the weekend and that they are too small to answer all the overwhelming voice mail and emails Monday. Basically I told them I tried to cancel, it is not my fault you didn't call me or email me regarding this matter in a timely manner. Once again she gave me a firm there is nothing we can do. Just credit my Pay Pal account, how hard is that? If this company is incompetent of not producing good Customer Service then they will not be receive my business again. I ended keeping the item and buying another from EAGLEBIT.com with free shipping. I hope their Customer Service is a little bit better, if I ever need it. The way I see it being an internet based company, you have to go a little bit above and beyond, because your not dealing in person. "
"Called etech4ale to make sure item was in stock lady was nice and helpful called the warehouse to make sure they were in stock. So i placed my order at 10:00 am. I get a email 10/15/07 saying they canceled my order because item was out of stock. Called customer service she said they process order at 8:00am so they didn't process mine until 3 days later and the item sold out during that time. If you tell a customer you have a item in stock and your website says it in stock maybe you should sell that item to that customer. While I admit I should have been cautious to the letter of the law , & I did read ETech4Sale.com's disclaimer/warranty/return policies prior to purchase, the description posted at ETech4Sale.com is for the P182SE. Combine that with the ease & availability of the proper description from the Antec website for the P182 ETech4Sale.com offers & three words come to mind:

I've given my evidence, I invite you to be your own judge.
Since they only offer exchange or (at ETech4Sale's descretion) store credit I now own a standard P182. Luckily it is in good condition & is not a lemon.
So I'd like to advise anyone to call ETech4Sale.com prior to purchasing anything from them to verify the item by the SKU number, or just avoid them alltogether. At any rate I hope this will help someone.
