"This company has major problems not only in keeping their inventory up-to-date, but also with actually fulfilling customer orders. I placed an order for four items listed as "in stock", and received an email from them the next day requesting that I call them about the order. I did so, and was informed that three of the four items were unavailable. They said that they had the fourth item on-hand ready to ship that day, and I requested that they do so. A month later, I have yet to receive any of the items, and I have not received any information suggesting that they have even shipped. (FYI, the items they claimed were out of stock are still shown as "in stock" on their website.) "The order was for a two 19" LCDs. One of the monitors was defective. However, etch4sale was very easy to work with. They issued an RMA and I shipped the monitor back. Due to a break down in communication on my part the exchange was not completed for a little over a month but the blame falls (fro the most part) on me.
