"Ordered from Etech4sale on 2/3/2007. As of 2/10/2007 the items have not shipped. They Show available in the warehouse but still have not shipped. Called the 800 number and was sent to a voicemail box that was full and not accepting messages. Sent email on 2/7/2007, no response as of yet. If I still have no contact by 2/11/2007, I will be contacting the BBB and NFIC.

***Update***
Called again on 2/12/07, Spoke with Customer Support. Was told items would ship that day. They didn't. Called again 2/13/07 and again was told they would ship and they actually did. Now the package is on its way. Am waiting to see if they shipped the correct parts. Will update more once received.

***Final Update***
Received the package on 2/16/07. The Parts were correct, Both parts worked fine. The packaging was barely acceptable. The Keyboard for the Toshiba was in a ESD plastic bage and the Power Supply was just placed in the box. It would have been very easy for the power supply to crack the laptop keyboard due to its weight. On a second note, I think they hired a new girl to work the office. She was very nice both times I spoke with her but at the same time I should not have had to call. I do not recommend this vendor."

"I ordered a replacement battery for a Dell Laptop on 2.3.07. The company indicated the product was available and their web site indicates immediate or same day shipping. As of today the status of my order is Cust Paid. They withdrew money from my Paypal account so all is in order. I sent an email after trying online chat which is non existent and a phone call which is useless as you must leave a message. I received no response to the first email and sent a second email.

I should have read the reviews a little more closely as the one liners are obvious plants put there by the company. All I want to know is if the product is available as they state it is and if not I want my money refunded to my paypal account. I would be very wary about this company despite the fact that the rating is pretty good. "
