"I ordered two pieces of equipment in Aug 2006. They emailed me that one was out of stock and asked if I wanted the order canceled. I canceled the order, but they sent me the items anyway. I have been trying since then to get an RMA to send the items back, but they will not send one. They have been very difficult to deal with. They are charging me for something that they were not authorized to send me. Since this constitutes fraud, I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission. They might have low prices from time to time, but they are dishonest and not worth the hassle."

"What a joke... They send me the wrong DVD-ROM. The invoice was correct, but what they shipped wasn't. What irritates me is I had to pay the freight and insurance to return their error.

The complete process took a little over 7 weeks. I'm out $10 bucks to UPS and still don't have my DVD-ROM."

"Run away! Run as far as possible from this company. Bought a laptop as a gift for my daughter for christmas. It was listed as "refurbished" which to me means meets factory specs. Floppy drive which was listed in advertisement was not included and it came with a battery that wont charge. On top of that there was no operating system installed.

I emailed and asked what we could do and even after multiple emails have recieved no reply. I ordered from Etech4sale in response to an email advert. (I had ordered from them in the past) The advert promised 10% off everything, but when you go to check out there is no where to input the coupon. To this day, customer service has not credited my card with the 10% despite numerous requests.

Had I only checked resellerratings 1st, I would have noticed the track record. Unless you are a gambler at heart leave this loser alone and give your hard earned money to a company that cares about its customers.
