The next time Eric Anderson never gave me a total at the end of my phone order and ended up sending me a new one instead of the refurb. Then when I called back and he got testy on the phone and I ask to talk to his supervisor he put my on hold for 15 minutes and then sent me into his own voice mail. His supervisor didn't seem to appreciate the rudeness of this action. He said he would speak to him but didn't sound as upset about the way it was handled as I was.
