"e-tech4sale has excellent prices, great free shipping opportunities, and when i recieved the item i ordered it was packed neatly and came just as was described. However, all of these good qualities come at a price. e-tech's website needs to be updated more often when it comes to what is going with one's order. Another problem is that the phone customer service of e-tech is severely lacking. I expect free shipping to take longer than if I had paid for it but the site should say that when this option is chosen items will not usually ship in 1-2 days. I waited 6 days (business) for my item to ship and when it didn't i called the customer service number. Upon doing this I was lied to on two separate days(and calls)by being told that my order was being shipped the day I was calling. It was only once i got stern will the representatives and spoke to a manager that I got some answers and had my item shipped the following day. Sorry but I think a total of 10 business just to SHIP (not to deliver) is too long to wait. Although i doubt that i was lied to with malicious intent at the same time it would have been better for a customer service representative to admit that they "goofed" and the product will take longer than expected to ship than to give the customer the runaround. All in all i would recommend using them but only if one doesn't need the item quickly and has time to check up on the order on a regular basis. "

"Ordered a Dell USB keyboard over 2 weeks ago. When ordered, it showed as being in-stock. I received an email soon after from a customer service rep saying that the item had gone out of stock, and that I could either receive a keyboard not as good as the one I ordered for the same price, or wait to see if it would come back in stock (if it ever did).
I replied to the email stating I wanted the keyboard I ordered, and have since received no communication from the company. My order remains pending and my credit card has not yet been charged. When I called in to ask about my order, there was no answer at first, and then my call was answered by a representative who sounded like he was on drugs, and whose response to my question was to "wait a week, I guess". I am not terribly pleased by this company's response, and would not order from them again."
"My experience with this company so far has been a disaster.
On July 24, 2005, I place an order for a 0N6250 Dell Keyboard. At first, everything seemed to be great. They even called me to confirm my order. Everything went downhill after that.
A shipping number was provided to me through their website. However, to my dismay, the product had not been shipped. It was merely the number they would use once they decided to ship it. It was one full business week until I finally received a shipping confirmation e-mail
On August 9, a package from etech4sale came in the mail. When I open it up, I realize that they sent me the wrong keyboard. They shipped the SK-8125 instead of the 0N6250.
And if that weren't enough, the keyboard they sent to me is damaged. The plastic is scratched in several places, and more importantly, one of the legs to tilt it up is broken. It was completely snapped off. The snapped off piece is completely MIA. It's nowhere to be found in the package. Leaving me to believe that the keyboard was damaged in their warehouse and not during the shipping process.
I called their toll free number twice so far. The first time I called, no one answered the phone. A short while later I tried again. This time I was put on hold before finally being told to fill out an RMA request.
Possibly the worst part is that I know that I am not the only person that they have done this to. I know that a dozen or two of people from and online community that I visit have had the same exact problem. Seemingly everyone I know that ordered this keyboard have received the wrong one.
What they did seems to be deceitful and not just an honest mistake. I don't plan on ordering from them again."
