"The vendor has great prices on some items, but does not have good customer communications skills. I placed an order, whcih was acknowledged by email, and then NOTHING. My credit card was charged immediately, but, two weeks later, I still had received no merchandise. Upon calling (and eventually reaching someone), I received an apology because the product was out-of-stock, and another apology about email problems. Finally, the vendor proceeded to ship via US Mail (as originally planned) versus some more expedited method, as another vendor might do, to compensate me for the inconvenience and frustration. The message I got is that this vendor is not interested in my future business."

"Ordered a keyboard. Took more than a week to arrive from them... about two miles away. They sent the wrong item. I returned the item per their direction; they reported receiving it back. After being promised either the correct item or a refund, I have received neither.

UPDATE: After about a month of back and forth, I ended up disputing with my credit card to get my money back. The people with whom I have communicated at eTech did nothing to fix the issue, often attempting the pass the buck to someone else or making empty promises. I strongly suggest that you shop elsewhere."

"Unfortunately, after checking on the status of my order 5/12, I discovered the vendor had cancelled the order because the item, an Epson Stylus printer, was "on allocation" and not expected to be in stock for some time. Bummer. The site had shown it to be in stock at the time of order."

"This is my first time purchase at etech4sale. These items are gifts for my friends. I plan to give them before they go back home after visiting me. I order these items on 04/26, and the date my friends go back home is the 05/07. Before I ordered, I check the kinds of shipping etech offer. I made an estimate, since I order on 04/26, then etech will take maybe couple days to ship. So I estimate and give it 3 days. I don't think it'll take that much since i ordered it on tuesday but just for estimate 04/29 is the day they'll ship. I go to the ups to check the time and ups guaranteed get it by the end of 05/06. So I choose ups as the shipping method and order. On the check out, I saw a check box which say "Ship faster. I authorize etech4sale.com to choose an alternate shipping carrier." Then I check out the statement in the faq and it says "Changing the carrier does not alter the expected delivery time. " Since I want it ship fast, and the statement says not alter the expected time, so I let it be. After I ordered, on 04/27 i got email say etech received the order. On 04/28 I got email say it shipped but with a different carrier which is usps. I don't mind the carrier as long as they arrive before my friends leave then it is ok. I waited everyday until 05/07 then noon, and my friends have to leave for flight at 1:30. It is still not there. Then on the evening of that day I got the package. These items are wrapped well in a box. But my friends left already. I am kind of disappointed. However, I think it is my fault and I should make a better calculation next time. So overall my experience with etech is ok. They shipped the order on the second day after the order date. The products come in good shape and wrapped well. One thing I think etech needs to change is the statement not alter the expected delivery date. They may need to add statement explain that it may come late for some carriers... However, that is just my personal opinion. I wrote the dates in detail above is just for everyone see, so they can make a better estimate for time delivery and shipping method."

"Took a week to ship my order, site said free fedex ground then after repeated calls to find out where my order was they shipped it USPS which will take another 5-7 days to receive my order. Bewhere of this company they dont know what they are doing. There was an online company I didnt use but I forgot which one it was now I remember."
