On June 26, 2004 Etech4sale.com sold me refurbished Monitor.
But unfortunately instead of refurbished (condition - like new & 1 year guaranty) etech4sale.com shipped me the monitor PT 810 which have been manufactured by ViewSonic Corporation as long ago as on October 1995, and which have been newer refurbished (condition - absolutely dead.)
Under California Commercial Code Section 2601:
If the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:
(a) Reject the whole;
(b) Accept the whole; or
(c) Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest.

I’ve chosen the option (a): on July 8 2004 I’ve rejected the whole contract and ask the Etech4sale.com Company to return my money back. I also informed the company that I can not trust them any more.

Unfortunately etech4sale.com de facto declined my well-founded claim about refund.
I’ve sent them at list eight E-mails, six of which have been just ignored. Only two of my mails have been answered. But despite management of etech4sale.com was very good informed about my problems, newer any refund has been done.
Result: huge and ugly box containing 19’’, dead PT 810 monitor which Weight is as big as: 61 pounds, is blocking up my living room and is making it looking ugly for more then 4 months already.
That is why I can scarcely believe it - Etech4sale.com Company respects American Law, or is trustworthy.

Has passed already more than 6 weeks since 11/9/04 when Etech4sale here on pages of RESELLERRATINGS has publicly declared to refund and help me out. However any single cent has not been returned to me yet. Probably it was just a trick which purpose was to deceive potential clients!!!

I needed a few computers and I remembered I had bought several items from this place before. I have their web address memorized and recommend this place to all of my friends.

I bought a bunch of their USB external Hard drive enclosures and a bunch of hard drives to increase my storage capacity on a few existing computers. You can' beat their price. Now I have 80 Gig of portable storage on my most frequently used computers and I couldn't be more happy. Once the hardware drivers are installed on all of the computers, I can move the drives around from computer to computer also.

By day, I'm a software developer, at night I'm a music composer, producer, and music creator. Being able to move lots of data from a recording computer to a mix down computer, to a CD burning computer has drastically increased my flexibility. When you need parts or complete systems, this is where I go.

Later, I bought a bunch more of their hard drives, some computers, and 2 Wireless cards for my laptops. I'm always pleased when I shop there.
