One the etech4sale.com website the part number was the one I needed, but the picture on the site didn't show as the same drive that I needed and the price was extremely low. Only the part number matched what I was looking for. I sent e-tech4sale.com an e-mail asking if the picture was just a generic picture or if the picture represents the actual part that would be ordered. I never received a response to my question. So after a few weeks had passed, I decided to go ahead and take a chance by ordering the part from etech4sale.com because the price was unbeatable in hopes that the picture on the website was just a generic picture. The part came to my home faster then I could even expect it to and it was exactly the drive I needed. If I need anything computer related again, e-tech4sale.com is the 1st place I will look. I'm not sure about customer service, but their pricing and delivery times won me over."

"I ordered a new D drive for my laptop. What I received was obviously a refurbished D drive. When I called, the girl at the call center confirmed that a refurb had been sent, so I then asked to speak with the manager. After waiting 5 mintues, a rude man named Louis answered the phone with a "Yeah?". I explained that I had paid for a new drive and received a refurb, and he proceeded to ask how much I would like to pay for it. I gave him the amount that I had seen for other used D drives on Ebay. He said he would send a refund. When I asked that he send a confirmation email for the refund, he asked if I was calling him a liar. Well...that is exactly what I am calling him.
