Their prices have been competitive, although not always the lowest, but they do not try to make additional profits with their shipping charges. As an Alaska consumer, they are one of the most fair internet retailers I have dealt with. "I placed this order on Wednesday and DHL attempted to deliver it on thursday (I wasn't home thought). It's like they knew what I was going to order and shipped it ahead of time. Crazy. I've never seen such blistering fast shipment of an order, ever!

"I made this purchase on the account of Etronics great feedback & prices. Everything was good to go, as all of my Items showed IN STOCK when the order was placed. Since that time, the order was Verified, Packaged & Shipped supposedly COMPLETE. I received my order only to find that it was only partially shipped w/ 1 important item missing. I was only charged for the items shipped but there was NO COMMUNICATION about this backorder & STILL have not heard from them. I have emailed Customer Service & called numerous times since then but NO ONE picks up the phone at this place, regardless of which number you call, Order #, Verification #, etc. I do A LOT of online shopping w/ great pleasure & ease but this has been THE worst experience to date. No Customer Service, Proactive Handling of my Order without contacting me & terrible Inventory Status on their site. Its been 3 days & Im STILL waiting to hear from them.. 3 DAYS!!!"

"Etronics.com had the lowest price I'd ever seen on the Tivoli Model 1 radios, $89.99. I placed an order for on on Thursday the 29th. For the next 5 days their website said my order was "processing", I received an e-mail on Monday the 3rd stating that there was a delay with my order but "Order status can change quickly, and it is possible that your order may even ship between the time we send this message and the time that you read it."
I e-mailed their customer service to determine what the hold up was. They informed me that the product was on back order. I was upset by this since their website had listed this radio (and others which were now out of stock) as in stock.
I decided to give them a little time to get the product in stock. Three weeks later on the 27th I cancelled the order as customer service still had no timeline of when the product would be back in stock. I've checked back on their site a couple times since then (even just now) and the Model one is no longer listed on their site.
They did not charge my credit card at all during this time and instantly cancelled my order with no fuss. I might try purchasing from them again in the future but I worry about the accuracy of their inventory system and their inability to let a customer know that they are discontinuing and proactively cancel their order.
