"I ordered a Samsung HL-R5067W DLP TV 50" Widescreen HDTV on thursday july 14th and received it on tuesday july 19th from dhl. I don't know who is at fault either dhl or etronics but the television came broken and I sent it back for an exchange. DHL came to my house on friday july 22nd to pick up the television which got to etronics on monday july 25th. I have yet to hear any news regarding etronics sending a replacement even though one of the representatives wrote an email saying "As soon as we get the merchandise back we will reship to you even if the DHL claim has not been resolved yet." and now they are saying "We apologize for the delay on your return. We are doing our best to accommodate the high volume of orders, returns, and exchanges. All returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Once your return has been processed in our system we will email you and process your order. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding." I thought once they got the television right away they would send a new one but instead I have to wait longer and I have yet to get an email from them on the exchange. I will update once I get the television but so far I am displeased. "
