"I ordered Pioneer TS-TRX40 speakers. Package arrived on time but 1 speaker was damaged. I called Etronics and they originally told me that I would have to pay shipping back and that they were going to hold DHL accountable even though there was not box damage. They eventually payed for return shipping and sent me new speaker. Total time since first ordered to getting good speaker was 3 weeks. Entirely too long, but did get speakers."
