"Etronics took over $2,000 from my bank account for a purchase I never received and refused to refund my money for nearly two months. On Sept. 14 I ordered a TV from Etronics for $2,275. After waiting a couple of days I checked the tracking number on the DHL trucking website and found there was no status available. I called DHL and they told me they never picked up the TV. On Sept. 23 I received an e-mail from Etronics stating they had filed a claim and after DHL completed their investigation I would receive my refund. DHL informed me Etronics' claim was denied on Oct. 4. I made numerous attempts to get Etronics to refund my money but they refused so on Oct. 14 I filed a complaint with the Maine State Attorney General's Consumers Protection Division. Following a period of negotiation I received my refund on Nov. 8, about two months after I placed the order. I strongly suggest not doing business with Etronics!"
