"I ordered a car stereo from etronics and payed $45 extra for overnight delivery. After 4 (working)days and no package I became a little angry so I emailed them to get my order status. When they emailed me back on the 6th (ordered the 1st) they told me the manufacturer was a bit slow in shipping the product to them, etronics didnt even have it in stock! Then on the 8th they told me my product has been packaged and is ready for shipment, YAHOO!!! I said. Then on the 11th they emailed me to tell me how they regret to inform me that the product is discontinued and have to cancel my order. THEY NEVER HAD IT THE WHOLE TIME!!! Oh and another thing, they claim that they never charge your account until the product has been shipped. I checked my credit card account online and they charged my account on the 4th. Etronics is full of a bunch of liars as far as I am concerned and wouldnt recommend them to anyone."
"I placed a order online 01/16/04 for a Pioneer head unit. When I clicked order on the website I "though" I was ordering a Pioneer Premier DEH-P650MP. When I received my e-mail confirmation it said that a Pioneer (not Premier) DEH-P6500MP was invoiced for me. I immediately canceled my order via Etronics website. Shortly after my cancellation I receive an e-mail back saying that it is too late, the package is already shipped. To make a long story short they sent my item the following Tuesday even though I canceled it. Today is February 6. The item was returned and it has now been 16 days and they still have not refunded my money. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, they are out to screw their customers!!"

I ordered a SIRIUS tuner and antenna. Their website specifically said BOTH were in stock. 48 hours later, get email "we're out of stock on one of the items you ordered." Nice that they kept me in the loop, but...
OK, WTF is that supposed to mean? Which one? So I check their website and it's the antenna.
Over the next 3 days, I get the same email. Again, at least they kept me in the loop, but if I wouldn't have researched, I'd not have known which item.
Finally, I emailed them and said "just send me the tuner and scratch the order for the antenna."
Bought the antenna at Best Buy. Got the tuner, great packaging and works great.
BOTTOM LINE: I'd order from them again...just now I'm aware how screwy their automated system is."
"Shopped around the site quickly, no hassels finding shipping costs, everything is laid out clearly including return policy. Very satistied! Ordered a home theatre receiver and speakers from them and received everything by the end of the week. LOW prices and they even responded very quickly by email to a question I had. The only thing was that the tracking number was posted the same day I received the item. Maybe because shipping was extremely fast, but either way I was content. Plan on shopping with them again."

"Bought $60 stereo equalizer. Beat everyone else's price by $30-$100. Placed the order on a Tuesday night, received the product that Thursday. Can't speak about customer service, never had to deal with them.
I would probably buy from them again, I had a good experience.

"Although I had no problem with the product that I did receive from them, I had a vary huge problem with their online ordering system. There was a glitch in their server. Specifically, I never received any sort of confirmation e-mail. This prompted me to order the same item the following day. Etronics in their wisdom sent me two of the exact items. I contacted them and given an autorization number for returning the unwanted duplicate item. I was also told that I was going to be re-imbursed in full. I shipped the item back and was credited only for the price of the item, not the shipping charges which amounted to approx. $70. I've been in contact with them since and have been told that it's my problem.....not theirs."
"This was the 2nd time I have ordered from this company. Both have been uneventful experiences, as they should be. This order was placed on 12/23 for an item which I knew was not in stock. After deciding not to wait for restock I called customer service to request a change to an Item which was in stock. Very short wait on the phone, pleasant and helpful rep, and the new order was shipped the same day.
They have good prices and an easy to use site and both of my experiences have been good."
