"I ordered a replacement seat belt assembly from FordPartsGiant.com. My fault, but I ended up purchasing the center seat buckle when I needed the driver side buckle. I used the chat function to speak to customer support (George), who assured me that we could get my refund by filling out an RMA.
I filled out the RMA do to a return/exchange, which was denied three days later. There is nothing that stated this part was not returnable on the page where I ordered, nothing that said this when I checked out, and nothing that said this on my confirmation. You have to dig through the website help center; return policy; what items cannot be returned, where you will discover the bulk of items from this site are excluded from returns or exchanges. I now have a part I don't need and still have a broken driver side seat belt. Also important to note that the seat belt assembly was NOT packaged- it was rolling around unwrapped in a large shipping box when I received it with no packaging or padding.
Update: My RMA was approved this morning to have the part returned/exchanged with a -20% restocking fee. Will update as customer service progresses. "

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered parts that would fit and that showed that they matched my VIN. Received them and they were not the correct P/N. When I tried to get an RMA for the parts was originally denied as was told that the parts are electrical and not available for return. Sensor's electrical? When I explained on the phone that the fitment should work as was shown on the parts web page. Finally was granted an RMA. Shipped the parts back within one day after receiving the RMA and FedEx shipper. It as been over two weeks and no email or notification given for credit. I even requested technical help via there email request since they do not do phone conversations about parts so that I can order the correct parts and save the restocking fee. Question acknowledged as being received 14 days ago and counting for some sort of a response. Tried to do chat online for help on both issues. Was told to wait and be looking for an email from RMA and parts departments. According to return policy should receive credit within 5 days. Hasn't happened, and no email's from them with many chat sessions not getting anywhere. Just terrible service. No clear acknowledgement of issues, and agents seem to stall. Will never purchase anything from this online retailer again. Be cautious when doing business with them. I would look very hard for an alternative to purchasing from FordPartsGiant.com. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
