"I ordered a cannon camera on December 3th 2011.They stated camera would be shipped in seven to 10 days.My credit card was charged on on the 6th. On December 11th I called and talked to Simon . He said Camera had not yet been shipped, but should have it no later than the 16th and would send tracking information.No tracking information as of December 15th so I called and talked to Robert. Robert said they did not have Camera in stock and he had tried to call me on the 14th of which I on my phone I had no record. He tried to sell me a different camera .This is very poor customer service .I will not used them again . Walter"

"HORRIBLE! First, I placed the order and did not receive on screen or via email a confirmation of the order with an invoice/receipt! Then I read reviews and found out other had same problem, plus unknown add on charges for insurance (you are notified of this neither when you place your order - you have to go to their "policies" section to learn this. Then 2 days later received an email that I had to call them to confirm the order! I called and confirmed it and had to request they send an invoice. No insurance was charged on the invoice I received. Another two days later received an email that I had to call about the shipping address. My credit card did not have the shipping address on file. SO, I had to call my credit card company, add the shipping address to my card account, then call fumfie back to verify the address. Another 3 days later I called fumfie again because I had not received a shipment confirmation. Found out the product still had not shipped! They could not tell me when it would ship, only that it was guaranteed to be shipped 7-10 business days from the date my credit card was charge - so it may even ship for 4-7 additional business days! started to feel real nervous about ever receiving my order so I called back the next day - still had not shipped. I told them I was considering cancelling the order and was told that I would incur a fee to do so and would not receive a full refund! And the product hadn't even shipped! Pointed out that this was not on the invoice. They offered to see if they could send it quicker with expedited shipping - told me I should call them back in about an hour. About 30 minutes later I did receive a call...but no expedited shipment or delivery. I was notified that they did not have the product in any warehouse and that it MAY not ship for another 7-8 days! So, I did cancel the order and was promised a full refund...we'll see. I will never use fumfie again...ever. I will, however, be sure to let anyone and everyone know about this horrible experience. Makes we wonder if they know yet that the wheel has been discovered and the Earth is in deed not flat, let alone that their competitors are operating in the 21st century, while fumfie operates in the times of the Pony Express."
"I was satified with the order and the sales person Jack Greene. He was good and knowledgable about all your products. I wanted to just buy the camera but he also sold me a lense, battery pack and a bag. Even though there was a manufacturing defect in the camera which is not your fault I was very satisfied with the quick service and response. The product was delivered to me in Canada within 3 days, that was fast and efficient. Even when I wanted to return the product the person Robert A was understanding and asked me to return the product for full refund. If I was not travelling I would have reordered the camera from your location. Thanks for the efficient and customer friendly service and I will return back to you for any future purchases.
