I had several disappointing experiencing when shopping for a Canon camera but the folks at Fumfie.com were right on. You can even go to their office in Brooklyn and pick up you product and make your purchase in person. Well worth the ride for me and allowed us to meet face to face with the people behind the scenes. I am already thinking ahead for my next purchase.

"I would not recommend buying from Fumfie no matter how good the price. I purchased a Canon Camcorder and accessories from Fumfie. The replacement battery I received from Fumfie was defective and would not run or charge with my Canon Camcorder. I contacted Fumfie and was told that I was outside the return period which I was not since Fumfie had themselves extended the return period for the holidays. I next indicated that I wanted a full refund for the defective battery and the telephoto lens and widescreen lens. I was told that they would send me a replacement battery which I did not want since this would put my out of the return period. I was next told that there was a 15 % restocking fee for the items including the defective battery. I am not sure how there can be a restocking fee for a defective battery which should hopefully be thrown away. I returned the items and called about my refund two weeks later. I was told that the refund had been made less the re-stocking charge. I contacted my credit card company and was told that instead of getting a refund I was charged again for the items that I returned. I tried contacting Fumfie's Billing Department today and was placed on hold for fifteen minutes and then disconnected. I then contacted my credit card company who told me that they would immediately refund Fumfie's re-charge to me of the returned items but that I would have to fill out claims papers to get my original refund for the returned items. Eventually I hope that things will work out since now the matter is in the hands of my credit card company and not Fumfie. If you are thinking of buying something from Fumfie ask yourself if you need this type of headache to possibly save a few dollars. The original Camcorder I purchased was later sold at a cheaper price from a reputable seller. "
