"They will never show you the total price before or after you enter your credit details. After that they will send you an email and total price or any pricing details are not even there. They will charge you more (adding insurance etc) and you end up almost the same price you could get on other trustable websites. Then they will send you an email that they are unable to reach you and to ensure your order ships in a timely manner please contact us. When you call back the representative will try to sell extra stuff Battery etc. When I receive a camera there was no pricing details in the box either however they offered some free gifts in return of a good review which I never did and now giving them a review they deserve. I was hesitating in the beginning of this order but price was so attractive. I called them and ask if I can come to location and pick it up which they refused. (I live in Brooklyn). My camcorder box was damaged in shipping and Lens cover was opened little bit but when I turn it on and off it start working fine so I didn't try to return it. The good review you see about them might be the people who are looking for a free gift. I am adding my experience if it help somebody. This site is making hard to review, asking order number date which I did and they asking me to register to place a review which i will do as well because i think this is my responsibility to let other know

Somebody just called me and said that my review above is not accurate and offered me these one by one. (Battery then filter then wide angle lens and at the end to waive the insurance) I refused all. Their representative said I am ridicules.

In Short I am not changing my review in return of anything. Period."

"Fine as long as you know exactly what you need, in other words I wouldn't count on being able to return items without complications, difficulties, or exorbitant restock fees. But if you are certain about and know exactly what you need, they do have some good values / deals. Although I personally had problems in my dealings with them, they have eventually been resolved."
