"I think the base price was competitive but I was advised to call as there was an 'issue' with my order...(after a 10 minute wait for an answer to my call)I was pressurized into buying additional items on the 'ruse' that the free shipping offered does not cover shipping insurance, the battery provided with the base camera is too small, memory card chosen is too small etc...etc..I prefer an open and honest aproach without heavy sales pressure."

"Upgrade scam. I ordered a Pentax K5 Camera with 'free shipping'. They called and tried the usual battery and extended warrantee upsale. No big deal. But, when I said no, they said they would need to add a $100.71 insurance fee on shipping. Suffice to say I cancelled the order immediately. Even fedex wouldn't charge that much on insurance. "
