"At first we were very weary about purchasing through Fumfie.com as their prices were the best around and the deal seemed to good to be true. We did end up ordering from them after doing some more searching, and in the end we are very pleased with our purchase. There were a few slow-downs in the process of getting the order placed as we received an e-mail the day after processing the order online stating they tried calling us but we did not answer. When I checked my phone I did not see a missed call, but I can't guarantee that I didn't miss it because I do have a very active toddler that keeps me busy! When I called them per request of the e-mail I was transferred several times until I was told I would receive a call back. At the end of the day I had not received a call back so I tried calling again. At that point I was assured (again) that they would look into my order and someone would call back. When I finally did receive a call back a very friend representative apologized for the inconvenience then continued to offer me additional products at special pricing. When we finally received our order invoice there was an additional $50 on the order, with no explanation. So we had to yet again call back and talk with a representative who informed my husband that it was the required insurance fee for shipping the product. (I guess it was sort of told to my husband before the "final order" was placed and he didn't quite pick up on it.) I think that my experience would have been better if the order I had placed online was processed as requested and not held for inquiry about additional products. I do however understand the tactic of "what about.., do you need.." as more product is likely to be bought. In the end we are still VERY happy with our choice to purchase through Fumfie.com as we did receive an EXCELLENT product at a FANTASTIC price with fast shipping and very friendly customer service! "Very tricky!! I bought a lens and when I placed the order it said $19.99 shipping Rush(3-5 days).Then they sent me a confirmation e-mail 2 days later saying shipping was $59.99. I tried to cancel the order, but they told me it was too late and that the item was already shipped.
