"Good products at decent prices, however when a product does not function as designed customer service said flat out it must be my fault. This was the first response and after explaining to them what exactly was wrong with THEIR item, they have not responded. I can spend about $20 more and go to a seller and company that is more reputable, lesson learned."

"Ordered a 2nd machine from goldstartool and it will definitely be the last. I received it quickly. When I got it all together I was missing two minor parts, one going to the table and one to the machine. When I emailed the sales I received a quick response "it should be in the box." No indication who replied, no apologies, and no solution to the issue, only a short dismissive reply.
I then call and speak with a person that tells me to send photos of the missing parts--you can understand my confusion...
I've emailed the president and will not hold my breath. If they are so sure the parts were in the box when they sent it out then I must be trying to scam them out of $10 worth of parts that I will now have to get on ebay."
