"Instructions were week. Removing the adhesive was a bear. A video for the Pixel 7 would be helpful. The instructions said to use 90 % alcohol, but the kit supplied 70% alcohol. A cotton swab was too big to clean the adhesive without messing with the spikes - the kit should have provided good sized swabs. The screen worked at the first test, then at the second test it failed to illuminate. I ended up taking it to a repair shop and they said that I should have removed the battery to prevent possible shorts and that the phone could be broken. There were able to get it working. "

Shipping was quick and package was prepared with care from facility. It was simply amazing to receive an email notifying me of shipment and delivery. Walked out to the mailbox and there it was, my little spudger. It's so smooth and sleek, I just sit in my chair holding it and thinking about the fun I will have repairing my wife's iron. I really anticipate that I will use no curse words during this repair, unlike the water dispenser handle replacement on her refrigerator, and I attribute this entirely to having this little spudger on the ready. "Took out my old battery that still worked but did not have great battery life. Put this one in and it didnt work or accept a charge.
I put the old one back in.

After contacting support by just replying to my order email. They sent out a replacement battery immediately. The new battery works great.
