First off over $60 for a flimsy little piece of plastic that came in super light packaging. When I finally plugged it all in, the damn thing didn't even work! "If you can perform a decent manicure, you can use the tools and the instructions well enough to perform your battery replacement; even on phones that with "sealed" batteries. It's important, however, to follow the instructions carefully and not to read ahead and take shortcuts. It is also useful to read the comments as well to see what others' experience have been.

I recently replaced batteries on a Moto X pure ($500 new in 2013) as well as a Moto G5 plus. One phone took 30 min. and the other 12 min. and I can say that the efforts were well worth it.

Make certain that you follow the battery draining procedures carefully. I can see how it is possible to screw up the battery level calibration. After a month of use after performing my battery replacement, my phone went from unusable after 1/2 day to lasting 1.5 days. iFixIt rules!!!"
