"I've always thought the original Apple 27 inch Thunderbolt Display was a great big screen for the Mac. I upgraded my workspace to three screens several years back, and went with the smaller 4k LG display from Apple, and I'm quite satisfied with this setup. But recently I found myself needing a second location workspace, and so I pulled my old Apple 27 inch Thunderbolt out of storage and thought, I wish I could get another one of these, it would be perfect. To my surprise I found OWC online with just what I was looking for, but still a little hesitant wondering if I would get a really nice refurbished display, or a regret. I am glad to report: not regrets! I'm so glad to know OWC is there, because I may just continue to buy refurbished in the future. Thank you!"

"I wanted to replace the 2.5 inch hard drive in my Apple 15 inch Powerbook G4 computer with a solid state drive and sent an email to MacSales with my computer's full specifications to ask if they sold a drive that would work in this older computer. They sent information on a 500GB OWC Mercury Pro Legacy drive that they said would meet my needs. This drive came with an adapter for use in an Apple G4 tower unit, but the drive itself was a 2.5 inch drive so I though that this was the correct drive for my Powerbook G4 computer. I watched a video about how to replace my computer's drive and after getting to the step myself of removing the old hard drive and inserting the drive that I purchased, I fdiscovered that my computer required a 44 pin hard drive and the drive that I was advised to purchase had what must be a newer 22 pin interface. I had previously duplicated my computer's existing hard drive onto the 500GB OWC Mercury Pro Legacy drive that I purchased, so I can confirm that the drive the drive that I purchased functions properly. It just doesn't fit into my Powerbook G4 computer. I can't use it as a remote start up disk because the USD case that I was using for another 22 pin hard drive isn't fully powered for use as a booting drive. This requires a firewire connection and the older firewire enclosures for 2.5 inch drives that one can still find on eBay only accept 44 pin 2.5 inch hard drives."

"I bought this monitor for a new Mac Mini to replace our old iMac. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a monitor so I found this refurbished one and took a chance. Well, the monitor arrived and didn't work no matter how many adapters I tried. OWC's sent me an RMA for a refund but guess what? They want me to pay for shipping back to them! Since this is a large item to ship it was going to cost me $140 which means. It's not worth the time and frustration to deal with customer service as they have not offered anything but a "sorry". Never shopping here again!"

"Every-time I go to the site, it auto select the US site which is a pain cause I'm not in the US. I had to buy a Heat SINK for my Mac Pro and the part was $6.80.....GREAT! Shipping was min $15 and change....WTF!! Really, something that small, that light, you don't have a ground option that is $10 or under?! Gross."
