"I received an Apple 27" display, 2016 model, that would not and could not work with newer HDMI computers. According to two Apple trained/licensed service techs, connectivity was not the issue. The HDMI processing signal was not being processed internally. The display worked AOK with pre-HDMI computers. When I called for authorization to return the display, the OWC agent still claimed the it should work. Does OWC have Apple licensed techs? I should not have to pay a restocking fee under these circumstances.

"Communication from seller gave a Thursday date for delivery. I stayed home all day, no delivery.
Next day, I received no notice as to when delivery would occur. It did occur on that day. I had appointments and was about to leave the house when the delivery occurred. I would truly appreciate receiving notification if there was a change In the delivery schedule."

I am living in Ecuador and the international shipping has been a failure with added customs charges and I still have not received my package... FedEx international had been unsuccessful completing my delivery. Amazon delivers in Ecuador with Servientrega who knows how to get things completed and not make excuses."

"What happened to you guys? I've always looked forward to dealing with your company, with flawless customer support and transaction experience. But not this time. Somehow it all has gone downhill with my latest purchase of multiple items.
1. The sales tax was applied incorrectly, and in spite of multiple emails and calls, it has not been fully resolved. Rep T. is very nice and helpful indeed, but the accounting system does not seem to cooperate somehow.
2. I complained that the used monitor I received did not include a magsafe connector. Representative R. told me it was hidden somewhere in the description that it was indeed the case with these monitor. Of course you were out of stock so I couldn't check it myself. The I had a "Duh!" moment realizing that the connector was there indeed, but only covered in a rubbery casing, which I could remove. Well, the rep didn't seem to know that and gave me a false story.
3. The monitor had additional issues, so I got a RMA. I requested that you guys send me a prepaid label since it was defective. I sent photos upon request. 3 days now, and haven't heard back.
4. The keyboard and mouse arrived thrown into the display box without securing or padding them properly.
5. One of the Packing Lists (spelled "Picking List" on the printouts, but that's another story) was incorrect with missing items.
I love you guys, you are very nice on the phone and on the emails, and your products are great, but somehow the results were not there this time. It's probably that you are too busy, I understand. But it came as a surprise. So if I'm honest, I'm only giving you three stars for this time over. Hopefully next time it will be back to five."

"I have tried 2 different keyboards, (USB) and am still unable to get any control of this Mac Mini. The best I can do is only use the up/down keys to highlight "United States". After that, no response from return key, or left/right keys to proceed."
